Education Assistance Program

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be considered at the next scheduled quarterly meeting by The Selection Committee.

Applications will be accepted from any graduate of an accredited High School or Private School who has applied and has been accepted by an accredited Community College, College, University or Public Safety Officer Certification School.

Grants will be awarded by The Chief Chris Adams Memorial Fund – Education Assistance Program Selection Committee.

Grants will be awarded based on the total application package information provided. All information provided will be vetted.

Grant award amounts will be determined by The Selection Committee and announced to all recipients by letter.

Grants will be paid directly to the Accredited Institution and facilitated by the Banking Institution servicing the non-profit, charitable account(s) for The Chief Chris Adams Memorial Fund.

Application for, Awarding of and Acceptance of Grants from The Chief Chris Adams Memorial Fund - Education Assistance Program does not guarantee successful graduation or completion of the degree or certification pursued. Recipients are responsible for compliance with all registration and enrollment policies and procedures of the educational institution applied to.

In the event a grant recipient does not complete the requirements for successful completion of the class or course to which the grant applies, The Chief Chris Adams Memorial Fund – Education Assistance Program reserves the right to work with the educational institution to properly apply unused funds consistent with the goals and purposes of The Memorial.

The recipient of grants from The Chief Chris Adams Memorial Fund - Education Assistance Program agree to not hold The Memorial liable in any circumstance related to the pursuit of their degree or certification, or any other associated matter.

Acceptance of grants implies authority to use the recipient’s name, image or photo and award for publicity purposes. The Memorial will always protect the personal information of all applicants.
